Co-Director – National Young Writers’ Festival (2009-2010)
Australia’s premier event for young and innovative writers and media makers working in both new and traditional forms. NYWF is part of the coalition of festivals known as This is Not Art (TiNA) and takes place in Newcastle, NSW over the spring Labor Day long weekend.

A year long program of workshops and events for young people in Northern Tasmania over 2008. This position was funded by the Australia Council for the Arts’ Emerging Producer In Community initiative.

Project Manager and Artist - Zine Cloud, arts@work and the Tasmanian Department of Education(2008)
Four teams of zine creators and art teachers delivered a statewide program of workshops. The resulting work was displayed in State Library branches as part of Tasmanian Living Writers’ Week and was also published by the Tasmanian Department of Education.

The Hobart Fringe Festival Inc is a not for profit organisation. The primary aim of the group is to organise an annual community arts festival. The focus of the festival is experimental, emerging and multi-disciplinary art.

Based in the Salamanca Arts Centre, Hobart, Sarah designed and manufactured her own range of jewellery and co-managed a gallery space.
